Ocean Grove Golf Club is seeking expressions of interest to take out a catering lease of our 110 seated bistro area. The lease is available for a 1st April 2018 start. The current bistro is open Wed thru Sat nights and 7 nights during January.
You will need to:
* Be able to provide exceptional food and service
* Have previous experience in this area of business (both back and front of house)
* Provide well trained staff
* Have all the necessary credentials and certification
* Have a good knowledge of hygiene and WHS procedures
