S05038 - The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters (the Council) invites written quotation from Respondents to for the provision of design and engineering specification for the refurbishment of the 50 metre Lap Swimming Pool (the Services) located at the Payneham Memorial Swimming Centre.
The general scope for the design works required to refurbish the fifty (50) meter lap pool include;
* The installation of access ramp to allow disabled access.
* Wet deck conversion to both sides of the 50m pool.
* Electrical and common service provisions.
* Pipework replacement associated with the main pool.
* Refurbishment or replacement of the filtration system.
* Concourse and stormwater design.
* Public lighting.
* Tiling and waterproofing specifications.
