The Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources (the Department) is seeking to develop a 2030 market access outlook that describes detailed future market access scenarios for Victoria’s food and fibre sector. It will be a comprehensive repository of data and analysis on the future trends, risks and opportunities that Victoria may face in gaining, maintaining and improving market access.
The Department requires an appropriately qualified and experienced service provider to undertake the technical work for this project. This will involve multidisciplinary research and analysis of trends in agricultural production, international trade, economics, climate, biosecurity, food safety, and regulatory practice and design. The project will be delivered over a period of approximately six months.
