PT09/17/18 - Toowoomba Regional Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified building contractors to undertake the construction of Stage 1a Works. This is the first stage of a program of internal refurbishment works for the Empire Theatre and involves the following elements of work:
* Refurbishment of the Level 1 Amenities
* Refurbishment of the Level 1 Lounge Bar
* Refurbishment of the Level 1 Reheat Kitchen
