Western Water on behalf of SMEC (as Consultant & Superintendent) and Exford Road Management Pty Ltd (as Principal) invites tenders from suitably accredited contractors for the supply of labour plant and materials for the construction of the Seventh Bend Estate Branch Sewer 01 and associated works. In addition, the Works require the sewer contractor to coordinate and cooperate with all relevant authorities and utilities and the principal contractor onsite to ensure the works are carried out in a timely manner and no delays are caused to the works.

Works will include but not limited to the construction of the branch sewer main, manholes and associated ancillary works around this installation.

Tenders close at 2.00 pm on Monday 29 January 2018 and should be clearly marked.
