Tender Description
Hunter Water will invite submissions via Tenderlink for a procurement approach to deliver its upcoming program of works.
The procurement approach involves:
* A Program and Project Management (PPM) collaborative partner model to support Hunter Water in the delivery of its Capital Works Program including project controls, estimating, procurement, safety, environmental, stakeholder and customer engagement, contract management, project management and program management. A three week Expression of Interest (EOI) and an industry briefing for this procurement approach will be called during the week beginning the 29th January 2018.
* A Design and Construct panel consisting of three to four designer and contractor teams to tender for a program of complex capital projects over the next 3-4 years with an estimated total value of up to $250m. It is expected that the EOI for this panel will be called within the weeks shortly following the week of the 29th January 2018.
Whilst the upcoming procurement activities are to be undertaken, it is noted that the current panel arrangements established for pipeline and pump station construction works ($10m and engineering services will continue to be utilised up to July 2020.
