Tender Description
The purpose of this consultancy is to determine the most effective and efficient operating model for recruitment, conversion and admissions functions at the University of Wollongong (UOW) to:
* improve strategic alignment, minimise duplication and maximise impact of international and domestic student recruitment, conversion and admissions activities
* deliver a student-centric approach that considers the needs of prospective students throughout the recruitment and conversion process
* position UOW to leverage the new Student Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, to optimise recruitment and admissions efforts and support the improvement of conversions
* improve visibility of recruitment, conversion and admissions activities, expenditure and outcomes at the organisational level including establishing business ownership for activities
* ensure that UOW student residence accommodation marketing and recruitment is effectively integrated to the student recruitment activities across the University
* clarify roles and responsibilities across the phases of the recruitment, conversion and admissions funnel, including accountability for setting recruitment strategy; and
* align workforce and capabilities in faculties and divisions to the UOW international and domestic recruitment strategy.
The project output should guide UOW on how to best position its existing recruitment and admissions activities, services and structures to improve conversions. It should review existing resource allocation across the recruitment and conversion funnel to identify areas of under/over investment and inform decisions about resource reallocation. It should also make recommendations on mechanisms, structural or otherwise, to ensure visibility, coordination, efficiency, sustainability and alignment.
