Tender Description
The City of Bayswater is a metropolitan local government located approximately 8 kms east of the Perth CBD. There are approximately 200 City owned buildings across the various locations within its boundaries that require air-conditioning maintenance and minor repairs to a variety of split and ducted systems - Carrier, Daikin, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Sanyo and so on.
A three year service agreement is being sought, with options for extension out to five years
A detailed list of buildings is included in the tender documentation and a fixed price per visit is required for each of these, based on two service visits per year (January and May), as well as an annual maintenance visit (September), with replacement/repair recommendations to be priced as required.
