Tender Description
The Contract is for the construction of an extension and refurbishment of the Condobolin Library and comprises of demolition, earthworks, construction of concrete floor slabs & footings, brickwork, light steel framed walls & roof framing, roof, wall & fascia cladding, plumbing & drainage, joinery, windows & doors, electrical reticulation, air conditioning, plasterer & insulation, floor finishes, painting and external works.
The Lump Sum for which the works will be completed is to be submitted on the "Tender for Lump Sum Contract" Form bound in these documents.
There are three (3) separable portions to be priced separately to the Lump Sum: replacement of toilet block, replacement of existing ceiling and tiles, and windows.
