Tender Description
The Project Management Consulting work package is to address the Company’s need to supplement its current project management team with experienced project management professionals, and where the opportunity is identified, with external project management systems and procedures from ‘feasibility’ (Definition Phase Study (DPS)) to Practical Completion (PC).
The Company will directly manage the awarded engineering packages in DPS as an integrated owner’s team with systems and personnel integrated from the external organization into the Company’s Project team.
The Company may choose to directly manage construction package once the Project has been sanctioned for execution in 2019.
Your proposed personnel, systems and procedure and responses to the online questionnaire for this package will be used to form a shortlist for tender.
