Hamilton Industrial Land Estate - Land Agent

⁠⁠⁠Southern Grampians Shire Council invites submissions from Real Estate Agents, or similar professionals with expertise and experience suitable to enable the sale of lots in the new industrial estate in Hamilton, Victoria.

Council currently owns 7.5Ha of land south west of Hamilton. Council is seeking to use this land to encourage, and stimulate industrial development within the Greater Hamilton region and provide opportunities for new and existing businesses to relocate or start up, to the benefit of the local community.

Your submission involves the compulsory completion of an online questionnaire and uploading of key information next to the appropriate question.
