Kingston City Council is seeking proposals from community based groups and organisations to share the proposed re-developed Parkdale Yacht Club.
The property is currently being considered by Council for a major re-development comprising ground floor boat storage and change facilities and an upper floor flexible space including kitchenette / bar and meeting rooms.
Proposed facility is located on the Parkdale foreshore and will be used by the Parkdale Yacht Club. Council is seeking expressions of interest from community based groups and organisations who are interested in sharing the facility with the Yacht Club.
Expressions of Interest close at 2pm on Wednesday 31 January 2018.
