Tender Description
Glenelg Shire Council invites suitably experienced contractors to quote for the following works. The portions may be offered to one or two contractors.
1) Replacement of damaged roof slates, replacement of lead flashing, repointing chimneys as required, removal of skylight and replacing with slate tiles.
2) Removal of fibrous plaster and battens in ground floor rooms, inspection and repair of rising damp (if found), patching of damaged hard plaster, repainting with suitable paint.
