Byron Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for to complete the Suffolk Park Hall Upgrade Works.
Built around 1992, Suffolk Park Community Hall is a Council‐owned community facility located at 143 Alcorn Street, Suffolk Park NSW 2481. The Hall is managed on Council’s behalf by a Section 355 Management Committee. The building is to undergo an upgrade to help meet the increasing demand of its use as a hireable community space.
The objective of this tender is for Council to engage a suitably qualified builder to complete Suffolk Park Hall Upgrade Works in accordance with the Architects detailed construction documentation.
Tenderers are expected to deliver full construction services to complete the contract works in accordance with the Request for Tender specification and requirements of the contract documentation detailed below, and attached as Attachments 1 to this Request for Tender.
Mandatory site briefing is on the 18th of December 2017 at 1pm RSVP to the contact officer by 15th of December 2017
