Notice of Upcoming Opportunity: Request for Tenders for Construction of Croom Regional Sporting Complex

Roads and Maritime Services will soon release a Request for Tenders from contractors for the Croom Regional Sporting Complex, Contract No.170000303651.1136. The work, to be delivered as a GC21 construct only contract, will be an enabling work component of the Albion Park Rail bypass project.

The project involves the construction of new sporting facilities including earthwork, landscaping, roadways and amenity buildings. The result of the work will be a reconfigured complex that allows for the highway bypass to be built by others through other areas.

Applicants must comply with the New South Wales Government's Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and the New South Wales Government's Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines).

Request for Tender documentation will be available in December 2017 from the website https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/rms.
