Tenders are invited for suitably qualified and experienced builders for refurbishment works at the Lower Templestowe Pre-School lacated at 96-106 Swanston Street, Lower Templestowe.

The works include the replacement of sanitary fixtures and fittings in children's toilet, replacement of cabinetry, floor linings and windows throughout the building (the preschool and toy library windows ), removal of all asbestos (throughout building), installation of cabinetry, electrical switchboard replacement and wiring, and miscellaneous refurbishment works.

The full scope of the works required is detailed within the specification and drawings provided for download.

A tender briefing/site visit has been scheduled for 11:00am on Monday, 4th December 2017 at 96-106 Swanston Street, Lower Templestowe. Please notify procurement@manningham.vic.gov.au of any representatives proposing to attend the briefing.
