Jemena seeking submissions from cleaning suppliers for nominated sites in NSW, QLD and VIC for a 3-4 year period. The experienced service providers should be capable of providing a variety of services including:

* Provide office cleaning across multiple Jemena sites
* Financial stability and current comprehensive insurance policies
* Appropriate certificates
* Quality management and Health, Safety, and Workforce management
* Compliance with Jemena standard agreement
* Competitive pricing
* Support local employment in regional areas

The Sites required for these services are as below and will accept submissions that cover 1 or more major sites and 1 or more minor sites. Our aim is to consolidate cleaning suppliers to a dedicated panel for main office sites and lock in suppliers for smaller sites depending on the coverage of submissions.

The cleaning services will aim to cover the below major Jemena sites through 1 or more supplier:

* Broadmeadow

NSW:

* North Sydney
* Greystanes

and the below minor sites through 1 or mulitple supplier:

VIC:
* Heidelberg

NSW:
* Brookvale
* Punchbowl
* Tuggerah
* Old Guildford
* Kembla Grange
* Bathurst
* Young
* Griffith
* Biloela
* Young
* Griffith

QLD:
* Gladstone
