Separable Portion 1: Sunny Crescent, Punchbowl.
Scope of works generally includes but is not limited to the following:
* Excavation and disposal for minor concrete works excluding tipping charges.
* Excavation and reconstruction of sections of kerb and gutter.
* Excavation and reconstruction of concrete footpath panels.
* Excavation and reconstruction of kerb ramps.
* Excavation and reconstruction of residential vehicular crossings.
* Minor stormwater drainage.
* Pavement reconstruction and resheeting
* Line makings.
Separable Portion 2: PAMP Footpath reconstruction at:
* Queen St, Revesby
* From HNo. 77 to Beaconsfield St
* From Beaconsfield St to HNo. 93
* Ashford Av, Milperra
* From Milperra Rd to the bridge over Milperra Drain
* Near Blaxland Place, East side
* Opp. 75 Ashford Av
* Amour St, Milperra
* At Horsley Rd (Northern and Southern side)
* At Marigold St (Northern side)
* Horsley Rd, Milperra- at Bullecourt Av
Scope of works for the above locations generally includes but is not limited to the following:
* Demolition of footpath and kerb and gutter.
* Supply and construction of concrete footpaths.
* Relocation of bus plinths.
* Supply and construction of concrete bus pads including tactiles (warning & directional)
* Supply and installation of bollards.
* Supply and construction of Kerb ramps.
* Minor stormwater drainage.
In accordance with clause 2.5 Council retains the right to award the contract on a separable portions basis. Tenderers may submit a quotation for one or both of the separable portions.
