Tender Description
South East Water is one of Melbourne’s three state-owned metropolitan water retailers. We provide water, sewerage, trade waste and recycled water services for residents and businesses in Melbourne’s south east, located in the state of Victoria, Australia.
South East Water’s Intelligent Systems team develops, manages and maintains a suite of software systems and applications. These software services are critical to the operation and management of South East Water’s assets and services provided to customers.
The following is a list of all the distinct systems and services that the Intelligent Systems team are responsible for:
1. SCADA system for Water and Sewer networks;
2. SCADA system for Water Recycling Plants;
3. Installation and maintenance of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras;
4. Video Management System and integration with Access Control;
5. Deployment, calibration and commissioning of IoT devices; and
6. Development and configuration of IoT software systems.
This Invitation is for the establishment of a pre-qualified panel of service providers with the relevant skills and capabilities to meet the requirements of our Intelligent Systems Group as outlined in the Capabilities Matrix.
