Tender Description
Temora Shire Council is seeking tenders for the construction of a 100ML irrigation storage dam.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to supply of materials, plant and equipment for the construction of a 100ML Irrigation Storage Dam at Temora.
The dam is a key component of the Temora Sewage Treatment Plant and effluent reuse scheme. The scope of work the dam is as follows:
* Bulk earthworks to form dam and earthen embankment;
* Supply and installation of section of 250mm and 450mm diameter transfer pipes;
* Rock lining inside batter of dam;
* Access ramps to top of bank with pump station pad; and
* Revegetation of earthen embankments.
The works shall be carried out in accordance with accompanying civil construction plans (Geolyse reference 217516_02B_C001-C009) and specifications.
All material, equipment and workmanship shall comply with the requirements of Temora Shire Council.
Tenders close at 2:00pm AEST on Monday 11 December 2017 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
Temora Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Temora Shire Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
