Graphic Design Panel

⁠⁠⁠Yarra Ranges Shire Council invites tenders from suitably experienced and resourced parties for the Provision of Graphic Design Services.

The agreement (‘Deed’) will be for an initial period of three (3) years with the Client having the sole option to extend the Deed up to 24 months.

Submissions are sought from tenderers suitably experienced in the management and provision of the Services as outlined in the specification.

A panel of suitable suppliers will be selected by the Client to provide the range of Services required.

Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda.

Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed. Please zip your tender submission together with any other relevant documents and upload the zipped file as per the instructions within the tender.
