Provision of Property Advisory, Agency and Tender Services - Hospital / Health Facility

⁠⁠⁠Moreland Council is seeking a contractor to provide Property Advisory, Agency and Tender Services in order to seek a suitably qualified healthcare operator to design, build a operate a hospital or major healthcare facility on Council land.

Contractors are required to have:
Relevant technical expertise to deliver to a tender / expression of interest process on Council’s behalf as follows:

* Stage 1 – Project Inception and Documentation Preparation
* Stage 2 - Request for Qualifications
* Stage 3 - Request for Proposal
* Stage 4 - Contract Negotiations

* Demonstrated experience and success with similar tender / expression of interest processes, respondents that have experience working with Local Government will be highly regarded.

* Established networks within the Healthcare / Hospital sector in order to attract strong market interest.
* Established and demonstrated tender methodologies and due diligence processes.
* The ability to provide or manage (via a subcontractor) property agency and marketing services to advertise the tender and attract strong market interest.

* Demonstrated value for money, in consideration of the proposed scope of service.

Tenders not submitted in time will not be considered.
