The provision of a quality assured contract for the Construction of Three Tennis Courts, Scoresby Recreation Reserve, Scoresby, involving the following quantities: earthworks - cut to fill (62cum), earthworks imported fill (662cum), concrete pipes (36m) drainage pits (2No.) concrete paving 100mm thick (130 sqm), concrete plinth (114m), asphalt 30mm thick (1610sqm), asphalt 20mm thick (1610sqm), crushed rock 100mm thick (1610sqm), Tennis Court fence (170m), concrete retaining wall (26sqm of face), concrete sleeper retaining wall (76sqm of face), acrylic surfacing (1610sqm) design and construction of Low Level 300Lux Tennis Court Lighting and associated bench seating, landscaping and pit modifications.
Tenderers for this project are to be prequalified with the Civil Contractors Federation or Council approved equivalent.
Tenderers should note this contract will be for a period of twelve (12) weeks.
A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Knox City Council Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South, Meeting Room 2 at 4.00pm, Wednesday 29 November 2017.
Tender schedules will be made available in word format following the pre-tender meeting along with the pre-tender meeting minutes as an addendum.
