Northern ARC Health & Wellbeing Hub - Quantity Surveying Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Geelong invites tenders closing 2.00pm on Wednesday 13 December 2017, from experienced consultants to undertake Quantity Surveying Services for the Northern ARC health and Wellbeing Hub project.

Mandatory Criteria
* The tenderer must have demonstrated QS experience on Green Star Projects.
* The tenderer must have demonstrated QS experience on projects greater than $10m in value.

Refer to the Specification document for scope of work. The tenderer must clearly demonstrate its expertise, capabilities and competency, based on previous experience, in similar projects and provide documented details of successful completion of such projects relative to timeframes, safety and work quality.
