Expressions of Interest – Maintenance services providers

About the opportunity
We provide facilities management services that enable our clients across a broad range of sectors to focus on their core business. We provision services including building maintenance, operations, asset management, project management and delivery services.
We continue to enjoy significant growth and are looking to partner with specialist businesses for a broad range of services. We are currently submitting a tender for the Whole of Government NSW Facilities Management (maintenance and cleaning) contract and are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from appropriately skilled, qualified and experienced maintenance services providers in the Sydney, Northern Sydney and inner West Sydney regions.
The scope of works will incorporate the following services across a range of government facilities including correctional facilities, emergency services sites, primary and secondary schools:
- Pest Control Fire protection services
- Glazing Rubbish removal
- Fencing Carpentry
- Arborists General mechanical repairs and fitters
- Lock Smiths and Security Systems Sewerage and waste water services
- Asbestos removal & disposal Painters
- Lead removal & disposal Landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning Audio-visual and data installation
- Concreting Plumbing and Gas fitting
- Brick laying Plastering
- Roofing Electrical contracting
- Graffiti removal Roof plumbers

Requirements:
About your company - Your company must have:
- Previous experience in facilities management and accreditation to working with children and government establishments
- Relevant trades qualifications and licences
- A focus on customer satisfaction, hard work ethic and the ability to deliver reliable outcomes.
As part of your EOI, please ensure you also include a brief statement which addresses the following:
- Current service/s that your company provides
- Years of operation
- Number of current employees
- Preferred region of operation (e.g. Sydney CBD, Sydney North and/or Sydney West)
- Any other information that you would like to provide in support of your EOI.
