Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The EOI objective is to shortlist Contractors to carry out all construction works associated with the Skateboard Park, St Ives Village Green, located behind the St Ives Shopping Centre at the junction of Cowan Road, Memorial Avenue and Killeaton Street, St Ives, NSW 2075.

The work will include but not limited to site clearance / preparation construction of the skateboard park and site restoration. It should also be noted that the final contract will be with the principal contractor for the project and development of the site.

Tenders close at 2.00pm on Tuesday 19 December 2017 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
