Tender Description
Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced lessee to enter into a long term lease arrangement for the Cape Paterson Caravan Park. The lease includes a Capital Works program including building works, removal of trees, infrastructure upgrades both above and below the ground and other works detailed in the tender documents.
Tenders open 9.00am on Tuesday 14 November 2017 and close at 2.00pm on Friday 12 January 2018.
