Tenders are hereby invited for construction of a new laundry / kitchen building at the Eromanga Natural History Museum Village.
The project consists of construction of a timber framed building with timber roof trusses, clad with steel roof and wall sheeting on a concrete slab. Gross floor area is approximately 120m2.
Scope of work includes all associated sub-trade works including electrical and plumbing installation (including effluent disposal system) and all fitout including to a commercial kitchen standard.
