The City of Greater Geelong is seeking Expressions of Interest from interested parties to purchase the Old Geelong Gaol, located at 200 Myers Street, Geelong.

The Councils purposes in undertaking this expression of interest are:
(a) To provide sufficient details to enable purchasers to make a preliminary assessment of the Property and prepare an informed submission;
(b) To enable Council to identify potential purchases which meet Council's objectives and develop a shortlist of potential purchasers to lodge a Tender; and
(c) To permit Council to consider and assess any other pertinent issues in relation to any proposed sale of the Property.

All submissions are to be lodged in Council's electronic Tender Box (TenderLink) no later than 2:00pm, Wednesday 13 December 2017.
