Bus Shelter Design, Construct, Maintain and Advertising

⁠⁠⁠The City of Ryde is issuing this Request for Tender in accordance with Section 55 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW) (LG Act) on its own behalf and on behalf of Lane Cove Council and on behalf of Hunters Hill Council.

Lane Cove Council ABN 42 062 211 626,

Each Council has resolved to issue a request for tender for Bus Shelter Design, Construct, Maintain and Advertising, as outlined in the RFT.
City of Ryde has been appointed to act on behalf of the Councils to manage and administer the Tender process. Although no Council has any obligation to do so, it is anticipated that individual Councils will enter into separate Contracts with one or more Contractors for the carrying out of the Activities. As such, multiple Contracts may be entered into pursuant to the Tender process. Not more than one Council will be a party to any one Contract, and not more than one Tenderer will be a party to any one Contract.

Each Contract will be based on the form of contract contained in Volume C of the RFT or as otherwise agreed between the relevant Council and the party it proposes to appoint as Contractor for the carrying out of the Activities.

The current respective Bus Shelter management contracts for each Council expire, as follows:
City of Ryde June 2018;
Lane Cove Council June 2018; and
Hunters Hill Council December 2018.
