GMW last conducted a review of its Tariff and Pricing structure across 2012 and 2013, and several elements of the current pricing regime arose from that. The next regulated Price Review period commences July 2020, and the Board seeks to ensure GMW is best placed to engage as effectively as possible with customers, seek their service priorities, ensure our costs to serve are defined, and comply with the (Performance, Risk, Engagement, Management, Outcomes ('PREMO') methods required by the Essential Services Commission.

Hence GMW is seeking the services of experienced consultants to assist with the tariff and pricing review with the focus on two key deliverables:
* Deliverable A = Revised Tariff and Pricing Strategy for Board Report December 2018
* Deliverable B = Advisory Assistance with end to end Price Review submission (to September 2020)

This tender seeks consulting service for either or both deliverables.
