Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) through the TransLink Division, is seeking to engage industry in the delivery of a Customer Experience Survey Solution.

TransLink invites your organisation to submit a short response to this Early Market Engagement (EME) brief by the nominated response date below.

The key areas that TransLink would like to explore are set out in ‘What is the scope of this Activity’ and ’Information required’. ‘Our objectives’ describes the focus areas in which industry may be able to help in the EME activity.

Responses to this EME Brief will be used by TransLink to help inform our understanding of the market’s capability and to capture some initial ideas to assist us in exploring and understanding solution options.
