Tender Description
Request for Tenders (RFT) are invited from shortlisted organisations wishing to be considered for the proposed contracts for the construction of Macquarie Park Bus Priority and Capacity Improvement (Stage 1) project.
The short-listed applicant must be prequalified under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts at Category R4 for Roadworks and Financial level F20 or higher.
The successful applicant is to provide construction services under a Construct Only contract and will be selected through a two stage procurement process.
The first phase required applicants to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI). The ROI submissions were evaluated against specific criteria in order to shortlist applicants for participation in the second phase.
This second phase is governed by separate RFT’s issued to shortlisted applicants. Upon completion of the evaluation processes, GC21 Contracts will be finalised and awarded to the successful tenderer.
A pre-tender meeting will be held on Tuesday 7 November 2017. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
All applicants must comply with the NSW Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and the New South Wales Government's Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines).
