Tender Description
Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitable qualified and experienced person/s firms or entities for the Business Case Writer Services for the International Centre of Training Excellence at Blacktown International Sportspark, Sydney.
The Contract will be for the preparation of the Preliminary and Final Business Case for Stage 1 of the project. The Business Cases are to be presented to the Council for commitment to funding the project.
The preferred tenderer will be selected with the proven ability to provide the services detailed in the scope of works.
