The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) offers Federal Government agencies a web analytics platform to help agencies meet the Digital Service Standard and build their digital capability to drive change across government. The DTA seeks to engage a Google Analytics 360 Partner to provide licensing, basic support and training services.
The DTA provides a multi-tenant analytics platform to Australian government agencies, and requires a GA 360 Partner to provide basic support for the platform, including informational and training sessions for agencies.
Ensure that government agencies have the tools and skills necessary to meet the Digital Service Standard, specifically with regards to measuring services and service performance.
As an agency, I need to ensure that I can accurately measure my services and service performance as part of the Digital Service Standard.
As the DTA, I need to ensure that agency staff are skilled up to accurately measure their services.
As the DTA, I need to ensure that internal staff are skilled up to produce guidance relating to service measurement.
