Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the replacement of amenity facilities located at Koala Park and Cilento Park, Nambour.
This is a separable portions contract with both scopes of work including, but not limited to:
* Decommissioning and removal of the existing amenities;
* Construction of new amenities;
* Supply and service temporary amenities;
* Connect services including testing and commissioning of new amenities;
* Construction of access pathway, stairs and handrails.
Council reserves the right at its sole discretion to award a lump sum contract to one (1) or more Respondents, for one (1) or more separable portions.
