Tender Description
Manningham City Council is seeking tenders from a range of legal service providers in a range of areas of law to be part of a three year Legal Service Panel contract.
Council’s requirement for legal services covers a variety of areas which are generally outlined in the specification. Tenderers may tender for the complete range of services or selected areas of law. The areas of law listed are not intended to be exhaustive, but instead provide a summary of the types of legal services required.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.
