Tender Description
The Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital invites Tenders for the Provision of Patient Flow and Queueing System. It is expected that the Equipment will be implemented with a minimum one (1) year warranty period. This is to be followed by three (3) years on-going support and maintenance covered by a Service Level Agreement to be developed with the successful tenderer.
As stated in the RFT document, each person submitting a Tender in response to this RFT must pay a fee of $200.00 plus GST (Total $220). The fee must be paid before any Tender submission is made.
Tenderers are advised that the closing date for questions regarding this Tender is 29th November 2017 at 2pm.
