Tender Description
Roads and Maritime Services currently hold 51 parcels of land in the southern region of New South Wales which have been designated for future infrastructure or organisational requirements. The land holdings are located in the Local Government Areas of Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Shoalhaven, Eurobodalla and Bega Valley.
The purpose of this Procurement Activity is to source a Proponent who will deliver grounds and vacant land Services to these Properties for a period of two years with options for a further two year extension. The Services include, but are not limited to the following:
* Mowing and slashing,
* Landscaping,
* Land rehabilitation tasks,
* Vegetation management, including chemical treatments and fertiliser,
* Waterway management,
* Arborist services,
* Removal of green waste,
* Removal of hard waste,
* Fire break management,
* Fencing maintenance and construction, and
* Consultancy tasks.
