Expression of Interest - Ararat Town Hall Cafe Lease

⁠⁠⁠Ararat Rural City Council (ARCC) is seeking expressions of interest from persons/companies to operate their newly constructed

Café at the Ararat Town Hall – home to Ararat Gallery and Ararat Regional Theatre.  The entire site is subject to renewal and the café will serve as an important community space in this revitalised cultural hub.

A negotiated lease will be available to the applicant who shows an understanding of café style  food, the marketplace and provides a marketing plan that shows innovation in developing the business.

Café fitout will be the responsibility of the successful Operator.

The operator will be required to work closely with Ararat Rural City, as the operator of the facility.

While the café, gallery and theatre will have their own identities, a degree of brand alignment and cooperation will be required so visitors have a complete and integrated experience
