Sydney Motorway Corporation (SMC), on behalf of Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) and the NSW Government is procuring the design and construction of the M4-M5 Link - Main Tunnel Works (MTW). Associated with the design and construction of the new motorway, is the requirement for an independent certifier (IC) to carry out the following services:

a) Independent Certifier Services - the independent certifier services carried out at Project Deed level (via an agreement between the IC Services Provider, RMS and M4-M5 Link Group) as applicable to the MTW; and

b) D&C Independent Certifier Services - the independent certifier services carried out at D&C Deed level for the MTW (via an agreement between the IC Services Provider, the MTW D&C Contractor and M4-M5 Link Group).

The Independent Certifier Services and D&C Independent Certifier Services will be carried out by a single IC Services Provider.

The IC Services do not include any independent certifier services for the future Rozelle Interchange.
