The Yarra Ranges Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Provision of Sports Field Floodlighting at Montrose Reserve, Mt Dandenong Tourist Rd, Montrose (Melway Ref Map52 D8) and netball court floodlighting at Coldstream Reserve, 13-35 South Gateway, Coldstream (Melway Ref Map 281 B9).

To achieve and maintain a minimum average stand of >100 lux level for the sports field lighting and >200 lux for the netball court lighting. Installation must comply with Australian Standards AS 2560 Guide to Sports Lighting – General Principles. The Principal will consider both metal halide and light-emitting diode (LED) options. Tenderers may provide submissions for either or both types of lighting solutions (as per the technical specification).

The projects must reach Practical Completion by 28 March 2018 as detailed in the Specification. Council may select one or more suppliers for the works.

Tenderers are required to submit a Lump Sum with a detailed breakdown as detailed in Schedule 2 – Schedule of Prices.

Tenders must be received prior to the TENDER CLOSING DATE. Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be considered in accordance with the Conditions of Tendering.
