Tender Description
The Sunshine Coast Council (Council) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a property developer to construct Council’s proposed City Hall in Maroochydore City Centre on land currently owned by Council. It is anticipated the development will result in a 15-storey, 11,500m2 civic and administration building to accommodate a number of Council’s existing functions and third party tenancies.
Council is looking to engage with a highly qualified and capable Project Management firm to actively manage the key project elements leading up to the commencement of construction.
The Project Manager will also actively engage with numerous Council stakeholders, including membership on a number of committees to initially establish a strategy and project plan for the development deliverables, then to provide ongoing advice and reporting updates in relation to key project matters.
