Tender Description
Waverley Council is seeking RFT submissions from Tier 1 or 2 NRSCH Registered Community Housing Providers for management of its Affordable and Social Housing programs for a period of 5 years. Provision of comprehensive management services is required, including tenancy and asset management, financial services, and detailed reporting.
Waverley Council's Affordable Housing Program utilizes a portfolio of 25 units located in strata buildings throughout the LGA to provide affordable housing for working people who have a strong connection to the local area, and earn a low to moderate income.
Waverley council's Housing for Older People and WCLP Programs utilize a portfolio of 46 units, located in Council owned buildings in the Bondi Junction area, to provide affordable housing for people over 55 and people with a disability, who have a very strong connection to the local area, and earn a very low income.
RFT closes 4 pm on 24 November 2017.
