Tender Description
Tenders are invited for various Infrastructure Services. These services include:
* Electrical services open space infrastructure;
* Plumbing services open space infrastructure, including sewer choke clearance;
* Stormwater pipe cleaning, including CCTV services;
* Footpath grinding;
* Works Zone Sign(s) installation and removal;
* Supply and installation of pumps and pits, and related valves & water meters;
* Supply and Installation of water treatment plant and related equipment;
* Irrigation supply and maintenance;
* Irrigation directional bore services;
* Supply and installation of turf drainage & sand slit drainage;
* Supply and installation of Central Management Systems for irrigation water treatment plants, flood lights, pumps;
* Construction and installation of water extraction bores (various ground conditions);
* Gross pollutant trap and pump well clearance and maintenance;
* Supply and installation of water tanks for underground and aboveground;
* Irrigation consultancy services;
* Turf drainage consultancy services;
* Occupational hygienist services;
* Liquid waste disposal, including pick up and disposal;
* Asbestos removal;
* Supply and installation of various types of fencing;
* Floodlight maintenance;
* Pest control services including Pest Animal;
* Playground safety inspections and miscellaneous services;
* Supply, installation and maintenance flag & banner poles;
* Hardware supply; and
* Wet hire.
Council intends to appoint one or more contractors for each service and establish a schedule of rates. This is a standing offer contract, whereby Council does not guarantee any work to any contractor.
