Tender Description
Construct as per diagrams supplied in attachments:
1. Basketball slab to be laid as per waffle slab layout plan and details
2. Distance from fence line 1200mm to IGA Building and 2000mm from Reserve fence line as per plans supplied
3. Remove basketball rings from current COLA structure
4. Remove of soccer posts from proposed site
5. Install basketball rings with base bracketing of basketball hoops located on COLA area
6. Excavation and leveling as required
7. Colour finish of the court to be blue as per current COLA painted
8. Line markings to be as per current COLA with basketball, netball and futsal markings to be included
9. Allow enough room on end and side of structure and fence line to have covered roofing installed in future if required
10. Reinstall removed soccer posts to lower area
