Tender Description
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking partners to deliver:
* Early childhood early intervention (ECEI) services; and
* Local area coordination (LAC) services
In locations due to transition into the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) by July 2018 and an approach to market for ECEI services already transitioned into the scheme in New South Wales.
The NDIA is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS supports people with disability to build skills and independence so they can participate in the community and employment. To implement the NDIS, the NDIA is committed to working in partnership with existing community-based organisations with the required skills and values.
These partnerships will be established through the NDIS partners in the community program.
The NDIA invites suitable organisations to apply for funding to deliver these services in areas of Northern Territory, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. An industry briefing webcast will be released through GrantConnect at www.grants.gov.au in early November 2017.
