Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the Provision of Road Maintenance Services as detailed in the Specification.
The proposed commencement date for the Contract is 1 June 2018.
The Contract term shall be for an initial period of two years with Council having the sole option to extend the term by up to an additional 2 years.
Council intends to select one (1) tenderer for the provision of the whole Service.
Tenderers are required to submit a response schedule together with a fixed Annual Lump Sum price and a schedule of rates (as detailed in Schedule 2 – Schedule of Prices).
Tenders must be received prior to the TENDER CLOSING DATE.
