Management of Saltwater Reserve Tennis Centre

⁠⁠⁠Wyndham City Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Operator to manage the operations and programming of Council's Saltwater Reserve Tennis Centre in Point Cook.

Saltwater Reserve Tennis Centre features eight (8) fenced hard courts with provision for future expansion to 12 courts. Four of the eight courts are fully floodlit. A pavilion servicing the tennis facility is located immediately adjacent to courts and has two change rooms, kiosk with kitchen, meeting room space overlooking the courts and storage facilities. The facility is located in Council's largest sporting precinct comprising 22 hectares of sporting fields, open recreation and passive spaces.

All submissions must be electronically submitted through the Tenderlink website no later than 12.00 noon Wednesday 1st November 2017.

The opening of the Tender Box will be conducted at the Municipal Offices immediately after the closing deadline. Late, emailed and facsimiled quotations will not be accepted. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
