CSV seeks to gain a more detailed understanding of the supplier market and range of solutions that may be available from providers who can deliver a monitoring and evaluation framework for the Drug Court of Victoria. as outlined in this EOI Invitation at Part and B.
The scope of work includes the development of a Drug Court of Victoria Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, which include the following deliverables:
* Scoping
* Literature reviews
* Review of monitoring and evaluation frameworks used in international Drug Courts
* Establishment of monitoring and evaluation working group
* Development of monitoring and evaluation framework
* Development of an implementation plan to enable DCV to take over application of monitoring and evaluation framework
Note - It is not intended that this scope includes the application of the framework.
